Getting Ready...

The BIG move is just 2 weeks away! Life has been put on hold because Matt has finals coming up this week. We haven't even started packing, but we have tons of boxes! So much is going on around here, and I feel a little bittersweet about everything. I am ready to move back to the south, but this has been our lives for almost 3 years. We have gotten to know Cleveland- the good and the bad :) And honestly, we are going to miss so much about being here. All the sports teams- Browns, Indians, and Cavs- the fabulous restaurants-Lola, Vieng's, Fahrenheit, etc- the shopping- Crocker Park, Rocky River- and the weather... just kidding! The one thing we won't miss is the winters in Cleveland! However, the spring, summer, and fall are all pretty nice up here.
As far as moving goes, we kinda have a plan... Packing should start Tuesday when Matt is completely finished with his finals. I will continue to work, but help when I get home. We're hoping we can get everything packed by Friday. The PODS are being delivered over the weekend, and after those are packed, we are out of the house. The plan is to have Matt leave Monday and drive his jeep, with my car in tow, to Fayetteville. Hopefully, he will have a smooth trip.... I just worry that he will be by himself for such a long drive. He flies back to Cleveland Thursday, which is also my last day of work! And the weekend is full of festivities. The Horseshoe Casino is opening next week, and if you know Matt, you know we will just HAVE to check it out before we leave! Friday, his mom and dad will get here for graduation. We have lots of plans... an Indian's Game, some shopping, Lola, and graduation! I am so proud of Matt. My JD!!
